EEF say 'major question marks' remain over the Levy

London Finance Commission calls for devolution of Levy
The London Finance Commission has called for the levy to be devolved to London, giving the city "the ability to target resources at sectors with the potential for

Draft Regulations for charging Levy announced
The Treasury has announced proposed rules relating to calculation, payment and reporting of the Apprenticeship Levy, including the operation of the £15,000 annual levy allowance.
