Help Shape the Future of Shopfitting and Signage Skills

The National Association of Shopfitters (NAS) and The British Sign and Graphics Association (BSGA) are continuing to work together to strengthen the Shopfitting and Commercial Signage Installer pathway – and we want your input.

This new provisional SICCS card is just the first step toward a clearer, more structured route for professionals in our sector. To make sure it reflects real industry needs, we’re inviting members from both associations to join the conversation and help shape the future of this card and the qualifications that support it.

We’re putting together a national working group to design the competence frameworks to create the new professional pathway for the sector. We’re looking for technical specialists to join us to become the new standard setting body for commercial signage.

Your experience on-site and in business is vital – whether you’re an employer, contractor, or operative, your voice will help us ensure that the standards and training truly work for everyone.

Together, we can define what good looks like for our industry and build a stronger, safer, and more skilled future.
