We are delighted to announce the appointment of Stephen Flynn, Director of Rosebirch, to the National Association of Shopfitters Executive Council.
Stephen brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted history with the NAS. With Rosebirch being a member company since the 1980s and Stephen attending his first regional meeting in the late 90s.
His journey is a testament to the power of development within our industry – having started his career as an apprentice in 1990, Stephen worked his way through every department before becoming MD in 2018.
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥:
𝐀 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧: A dedicated member of the NAS Skills Council, and a serving member the National Occupational Standards (NOS) National Working Group for Wood Occupations, and CITB Committee member for the North East.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: He prides himself on incredible staff retention, still working alongside those who were his bosses when he was an apprentice.
