Property360 is a full-service property and construction company covering refurbishments, maintenance, general contracting and modernisation. We handle call-outs, planned works, insurance-related repairs, retrofitting and specialist upgrades. We also offer plumbing and heating, electrical work and renewable/green technology upgrades all covered by an in house team. We manage all projects end-to-end, from sourcing to completion. In summary we are a one-stop partner for residential, commercial and portfolio work.
Why they joined the NAS: Joining the National Association of Shopfitters would give us sector-specific credibility, a recognised quality mark, and a stronger sales story to clients who want proven fit-out capability. It would also add practical value through legal, contract, safety, training, and business support, plus networking and discounts that could help reduce overheads. Even with in-house plumbers, electricians, and joiners, a NAS membership would help position us as a specialist, not just a general unknown contractor, and would give us access to an established industry voice and wider market opportunities.
