We’ve been approached by the procurement team at a premium UK high-street retail brand, who are seeking to build a reliable resource pool of shopfitting and interior contracting partners for their upcoming store refurb and refresh programme across the UK.
The goal is to establish this contractor pool in advance to ensure a seamless kick-off for future projects.
Location: United Kingdom (Nationwide)
Opportunity Scope: Initial phase of 5 (minimum) store maintenance refreshes
Timeframe: Works completed out of store hours and before the peak Christmas trading period
From the client: “Our main goal is to find a Supplier who is able to meet our requirements in relation to skill set, quality, service levels, and cost. This initial refresh programme will typically include painting, minor joinery, minor electrical, minor plumbing, and internal signage installation. Success in this phase may lead to further stores and or inclusion in our supply chain for reactive and planned facilities and property requirements.”
