We’ve been approached by the client team behind a new food concession in North London, who are seeking an experienced fit-out contractor to build a compact, fully designed temporary kiosk to a tight deadline.
This is a self-contained, well-documented project — a full design pack including drawings, material schedules, and CAD files is available to interested members, meaning the job can be priced immediately without a lengthy design stage.
Location: Golders Green, North London
Opportunity Scope: Full build of a 2.0 × 4.0 m corner kiosk concession within an existing live retail environment. The scope covers:
- Blackened steel structural frame (four corner posts, dual beam rings at 1,800 and 2,400 mm) with integrated shelf-beams and mesh infill panel
- Bespoke welded stainless L-counter with continuous undershelf
- Printed hygienic wall vinyl finishes to back and side walls
- Teak slat and terrazzo resin tile fascias on ply subframe
- Extraction canopy ducted through perimeter wall
- Full electrical installation — ten circuits, track lighting, task lighting, sockets, and isolators
- Plumbing — double sink, sensor handwash basin, and under-basin water heater
Equipment is client-supplied and not part of the scope.
Timeframe: Completed and handed over by 31st August 2026
Key Considerations:
- Environment: Live retail setting — scheduling, access, and minimal disruption will be important
- Nature of work: Precision fabrication and installation; the steel frame, stainless counter, and terrazzo finish require experienced trades
- Documentation: Full CAD, drawings, and schedules available on request — no design stage required, straight to pricing
