How to Join the Industry

If you are joining as an apprentice, there are some specific tools that may help you find the right fit-out company. For those already in the trade, the National Association of Shopfitters provides a range of tools and contacts that allow to move between some of the best fit-out companies in the UK.

TalentView is a free platform that helps match great talent with great employers. The platform provides one place for young people, career changers, schools, and colleges to easily find first roles in construction; including apprenticeships, traineeships, and work experience.
