Fitout Opportunity in London

The NAS was contacted by an investor looking for a fitout contractor for an opportunity to carry out an interior fitout project at a flagship healthy eatery within an affluent area of London. The project is located within an existing facility and considered a straight forward update/refresh.

Option One

Shop counter, aprox 5.5m long with tiled front and corian top/turn down.

Option Two

Principle contractor

1. Strip Out
   Strip out and dispose of existing equipment from ground floor area and wall shingles in the preparation area. Includes disposal.
2. Decoration
   Decorate existing wall panels and shingles
3. Servery Counter Wall
   Manufacture servery counter wall nominally 6117mm wide x 875mm deep x 1100mm high. Nib wall. Worktop to be 38mm finished in HiMacs Maui VG21 with 225mm downturn to front edge, frontage to be HiMacs Maui VG21 and carcase made from white MRMDF. Skirting and wheelchair access void to be tiled with 100 x 100mm Johnsons tiles. Includes concealed LED strip lighting to front.
4. Hygienic Wall Panels
   Includes to supply and fit new Altro Tegulis White Mineral cladding to preparation area wall.
5. New Low Level Partition Wall
   Includes to construct new low level partition wall with Johnsons 100×100 tile finish to front and white uPVC wall cladding to the rear.
6. Laminate Existing Small Counter
   Manufacture new frontage finished in Formica Green Birch Ply laminate to suit existing small counter front only nominally 2864mm wide x 1006mm high.
7. Shelving
   Manufacture 2no shelves nominally 2810mm wide x 550mm deep x 18mm high. Constructed from MDF and finished in mid range Egger laminate. Assumed existing wall is of solid construction.
8. Flooring
   Includes to make good flooring under existing counter after strip out. Includes cap and cove skirting.
9. Removal of Condenser
   Degas and removal of remote condenser and associated pipework. Isolation by others.
10. Prelims
    Includes amongst others travel, accommodation, plant hire and floor protection.
11. Installation
    Delivery and installation of the above shopfit items to site in London.
12. Management
    Includes to create construction phase plan, working site supervisor for two weeks and full time site supervisor for two weeks.
