Fitout Opportunity in London, Grade II Listed University Building

The National Association of Shopfitters (NAS) was contacted by an investor looking for a contractor to fit out a Staff Common Room with a new bar in a prestigious Grade II listed building at one of the Central London universities.

Project Description

The project consists of installation of a new bar into the 5th floor Staff Common Room and removing the existing bar. The space will be refurbished with all new finishes to walls, refinishing of floor and ceiling, alongside forming a new bar including the installation of services, bar furniture, joinery installation of cupboards and panelling. The bar will re-locate a number of pieces of equipment from the existing bar.

Additionally, the client is looking to recondition existing Crittall windows and doors. There will be need a for a provision of new timber and brass entrance doors, fluted cladding to walls as well as new feature lighting to the main space, and a number of other light fittings mounted into ceiling panels.

The area is approx. 170 sqm with removal of another bar 15 sqm.

Works are required to be completed by 1st of October. Drawing information is available following the expression of interest.
