Citation & The Build UK Helpline

Citation operate the Build UK Helpline, which all NAS members and Approved Training Partners (ATPs) have access to for advice on Health & Safety and/or HR & Employment Law. To contact the Build UK Helpline, call Citation on 0345 844 4848 and quote ‘Advice Card Number 95730 – Build UK’. The Helpline is staffed from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and then outside of these hours (and Bank Holidays) calls are answered by field-based staff who are on call. NAS members and ATPs receive advice via telephone discussion, with Citation sending some follow up information by email if applicable, and any advice provided by Citation will not be subject to Citation’s Advice Guarantee.
