The goal is to find a reputable, quality contractor capable of delivering a practical and functional community space to a good standard.
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Opportunity Scope: Full fit-out of an approximately 16m × 8m unit, converting a former sales office into a clubhouse incorporating WCs, changing rooms, and a community room.
Timeframe: To be confirmed — the client is currently seeking quotes from interested contractors.
Key Considerations:
- Model: Single-site commercial fit-out and conversion
- Scope: Full interior fit-out including WCs, changing facilities, and community/social space
- Client: Charity organisation — contractors with experience delivering community or leisure projects may be particularly well placed
