We’ve been approached by the design and project management team at a premium interior brand, who are seeking to identify a reliable shopfitting and interior contracting partner for their upcoming flagship retail boutique project in London.
The goal is to select a highly skilled contractor capable of executing a bespoke, high-spec commercial fit-out.
Location: St John’s Wood, London (NW8)
Opportunity Scope: Turnkey retail fit-out of a high-end flagship boutique, including main retail area and workshop nook.
Timeframe: Subject to upcoming tender schedules and project sign-off.
From the client: “Our main goal is to find a shopfitting partner who can deliver a visually abundant, culturally rich flagship space. The store should not simply display products—it should embody the world they come from. The design features a complex structural hierarchy of arches, functional jali perforated screens, integrated concealed storage, and custom display fixtures that require immaculate craftsmanship and technical precision.”
Technical Requirements:

Model: Premium Flagship Commercial Fit-Out & Bespoke Shopfitting

Scope: Structural partitioning, complex multi-material joinery fabrication (carved wood, stone, metal detailing), and integrating track-mounted jali screens to conceal services.

Specialist Joinery: Production of architectural arches, a central round display table with deep stock drawers and flush concealed handles, wallpaper-paneled counters, and creative concealment of structural steel beams.
