The new platform https://www.talentview.org/construction is a talent and opportunities database. It is part of the Construction Talent Retention Scheme.
TalentView is a free platform that helps match great talent with great employers. The platform provides one place for young people, career changers, schools, and colleges to easily find first roles in construction; including apprenticeships, traineeships, and work experience. Employers will be able to promote opportunities and search for suitable candidates.
