NAS launches jobs board to support shopfitting, fit-out and interiors recruitment

Since launching our new website in February, we have continued to add functionality and develop our offering to members. The NAS is delighted to be able to announce the launch of its new jobs board, in partnership with Smart Recruit Online.

Following many uncertainties this year the jobs market has been tough, but recruitment is beginning to pick up. We hope our jobs board will be an added benefit to NAS members to enable them to source and recruit the best talent, by posting their jobs for free. To aid recruitment at this time, members also have instant access to premium jobs board features for free for the first three months.

Premium features include:

  • Discounted premium media bundles (enabling you to push your job onto well-known job sites such as Reed, Indeed and Total Jobs)
  • Video assessments
  • Prism benchmark (artificial intelligence to match the best candidates for your vacancy)
  • Unlimited forms/questionnaires

  • Telephone support/account management
  • Careers pages
  • Sub accounts
  • Ongoing refresher training and site visits if required.

To access these features, NAS members simply need to navigate to the jobs board by clicking on the Jobs Board page under the Community tab at the top of our website, and selecting Post a Job. The Customer Support Team at Smart Recruit will then reach out once you have registered to offer training and guidance on how to use the portal and access each premium feature. The three months’ free access to premium features will begin from the date you sign up.

Visitors to our website will be able to view and apply for vacancies on the jobs board by clicking Find a Job, also on the Jobs Board page under the Community tab. We encourage our members with existing open vacancies to post these on our jobs board to support our aim of becoming the main destination to find shopfitting, fit-out and interior contracting roles.
