We’ve been approached by the procurement team at Xiaomi Technology UK Limited, who are seeking to build a reliable resource pool of shopfitting and interior contracting partners for their upcoming retail expansion across the UK.
The goal is to establish this contractor pool in advance to ensure a seamless kick-off for future projects.
Location: United Kingdom (Nationwide)
Opportunity Scope: Typical units ranging from 130sqft to 150sqft
Timeframe: 6–7 week fit-out programme
From the client: “Our main goal is to build a potential resource pool for our upcoming shopping fit-out projects across the UK. We prefer a ‘Design + Build’ model, specifically requiring detailed drawings for MEP and Structural elements. Please note that the design concept will be provided by our in-house design teams based in China. Store furniture, CCTV equipment, a people counter, and the store security system will be supplied by Xiaomi.”
